Our Design Process
Initial Conversations & Discovery
An initial conversation allows both parties to explore project goals, scope, budget, timeline, and working style. This step ensures shared expectations and a clear understanding before formally engaging and moving into design.
Concept & Schematic Design
This phase establishes the overall project direction through iterative check-ins, layout exploration, and ongoing budget coordination. It concludes with the preparation and submission of drawings for planning permission.
Design Development & Documentation
The design is developed in detail while coordinating with consultants and resolving materials, systems, and planning feedback. Comprehensive permit and construction drawings are produced, preparing the project for construction.
Construction, Procurement, & Completion
Support continues through construction with project oversight and coordination, site visits, and review of drawings and submittals. Involvement extends through project completion to ensure the project is delivered consistent with the design intent.
